Mail Call #3
New mail has arrived!

This time, Dad helped me write to Hall of Famer Paul Molitor. I thought he had a great name, so I did a little research on him and decided to drop him a line in the mail.
Paul was a seven time all star, had over 3,000 hits and was voted into the Hall of Fame in 2004 (his first year of eligibilty). Thank you Mr. Molitor for signing my card!
I’m loving this mail thing. It’s a great way for me to keep busy during the offseason.
You know Paul – I wish I got more interesting things in my mail! (All those bills aren’t very fun.) But I did get my new Red Sox Nation card in the mail over the weekend and that made me pretty happy!

Hi Baby Paul! I have a son named Paul (great name there) who’s in fifth grade, and he doesn’t write nearly as well as you!
Looking forward to reading your mail call updates!

Thanks you guys. I was glad to add Paul to my collection. As tempting as the card is to chew on, I try to only eat the envelope.
Too cool that you got anything back in the mail.
I know a lot of the ballplayers will sign things, but sometimes they get lost, or they wait a long time to send it back. It is awesome that you got it back in a good amount of time. But then again, I would expect nothing less from a great player like Paul Molitor.
Good luck with the rest of your mailing, but with a face like yours, ballplayers will sign and send it almost immediately. Only a few more days then you can do a Snoopy dance for the upcoming season.
